Located in Arkansas, DLM (Dock Leveling Manufacturing) has been manufacturing dock equipment for almost 60 years. Among the types of dock leveler equipment that DLM offers are pit-style dock levelers with a choice of mechanical, hydraulic, or air-powered systems. DLM also manufactures mechanical and hydraulic edge-of-dock levelers. With an awareness of the need for a lower-cost dock solution, DLM provides top-of-dock levelers, which are much less expensive, but just as safe and efficient, than pit-style dock levelers.

The DLM DH Series uses hydraulics to raise and lower the lift with the push of a single button. The main hoist cylinder is mounted inverted to protect the hose routing underneath the deck. The DH is offered in 6', 6.5', & 7' standard widths and 6', 8' & 10' standard lengths. Standard capacities are 25K, 30K, 35K, 40K, 45K, 50K, and 60K, CIR (Comparative Industry Rating).

The DLM DA Series is superior to comparative models with its high quality deck and subframe providing years of reliable service. These levelers use a low-pressure, high-volume air system to raise and lower the lift. The DA is offered in 6', 6.5', & 7' standard widths and 6', 8' & 10' standard lengths. Standard capacities are 25K, 30K, 35K, 40K, 45K, and 50K CIR (Comparative Industry Rating).

The DLM DM Series makes use of mechanical components to raise and lower the lift. Powered by extension springs and guided by CamControl™ counterbalance system, the DM Series provides precise lifting and superior balance. The DM dock leveler is offered in 6’, 6.5', & 7’ standard widths and 6’, 8’, 10’ standard lengths. Other lengths may be available. Standard capacities for the DM Series are 25K, 30K, 35K, 40K, 45K, & 50K CIR (Comparative Industry Rating).

The DLM NL Series Edge of Dock are advanced lever-operated dock levelers that are operated by simply moving the lifting lever. The ergonomically designed NL Series eliminates awkward lifting and leaning over the dock, eliminating potential risk. The NL is offered in deck widths of 66", 72", 78", & 84" with total unit widths (including bumpers) of 104", 110", 116", & 122". Standard capacities are 20K, 25K, 30K, & 35K CIR (comparative industry rating).

The TPR UniLock® is the industry's only vehicle restraint that can automatically remove "RIG Wedge" pressure. The UniLock® has a state-of-the-art cam design that rotates the hook away from the RIG to relieve pressure. The UniLock® is manufactured to withstand forces in excess of 32,000 lbs. and has a service range of 4” to 10” horizontally from the face of the dock bumpers and 9” to 30” vertically above drive approach and is highly adaptable to new or existing loading docks.

DLM offers two types of Dock Bumpers to fit your application needs, laminated and molded, both of which can help prevent expensive repairs. Laminated bumpers can absorb over 80% of a truck's impact and are anchored using thick steel, providing enhanced stability. Molded bumpers are maintenance-free, weatherproof and warp-resistant, offering unmatched protection for dock and truck in any condition.
